It's a 2.5 hour bus ride from Buffalo to Toronto, costs C$23.40 (around US$16) each way. The bus stops at the Royal York Hotel on the way to the bus station in Toronto.
If you want to stop in Niagara Falls, take the bus to the casino. That's much closer to where everything in Niagara Falls is than the bus station. You can pretty much walk to most interesting places from the casino.
The Hockey Hall of Fame is two blocks east of the Royal York on Front Street.
