This was a good move on the part of WSFS. TV shows and theatrically released movies have different standards and they should have been separated a long time ago.
Now, it's about time that website category became a regular one for the Hugos.

: What _is_ new this year is that there are now two Best Dramatic Presentation categories instead of one. Long Form is generally for theatrical motion pictures, and Short Form is generally for individual television episodes. (The full version is more complicated, but if you use that as your rule of thumb when nominating, you should be okay.)
