My name is Grant Kruger and I am on staff (programming) for Torcon III. I have put together a web page of help for people running parties. The advice was primarily collected from many different SMOFs on a SMOFS email list, but from other sources as well. I was the recipient of all this advice last year at ConJosé, and in return for the kindness of these SMOFs, I promised to create this page. It might be of some use to those of you hosting parties.
