The committee has a listed "Party Maven" named Richard Ney (facilities@torcon3.on.ca), to whom you presumably sent your email.
His boss is the facilities dept head, Murray Moore (facilities@torcon3.on.ca).
*His* boss is the con chair, Peter Jarvis (chair@torcon3.on.ca).
One of these folks ought to be able to help you out.
