seems like you've become the informal coordinator for the newbies.
I'm leaving on vacation next friday (spending a few weeks travelling the Northern Rockies) and I'll touch down in Toronto on the 27th. My suggestion (since my mail/web-connection will be random at best) is to meet up for an informal get-together on the 27th...something easier on the wallet than the Heinlein-dinner ;o) i.e. a cold one and some get-to-know-each-other before the Con starts. But that's just a suggestion.
