The dealers room was much smaller than normal, but the quality was good. I think saying it sucked is out of line.
The art show was about the size of the one from our local regional. I didn't make it inside, the entrance arrangement looked so uninviting that I kept putting it off. When I finally tried to visit it on Sunday afternoon, it was closed.
Despite all the stories about the program being changed dramatically at the convention, every panel I had planned to attend (prior to the convention) met when, where and with the same people as the online program.
: I also see the Boston site does not have a message board or did I miss it.
Torcon didn't have a message board this far in advance.
Boston has a mailing list in place already.
